We are pleased you have chosen to apply for concession or exhibit space at the Calgary Stampede.
The information contained within the guidebook will assist you in completing the online application and will provide you with a general overview of what being licensed at the Calgary Stampede is all about. Please review this information in it’s entirety prior to completing the online application.
Please be aware that we receive many more applications than we are physically able to accommodate on Stampede Park, or in the Stampede and Grandstand Markets. Therefore, the process is highly competitive. Our selection team uses their experience to select the best exhibits, concessions, products and services from the number and variety of submissions available through the application process.
