In 2007 North American Midway Entertainment introduced 2 new rides to the midway of the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth. Get ready to soar 110 ft in the air on the new SWING TOWER! Rides on the main Midway include Mega Drop, Scorpion, Twister, Pharaoh’s Fury, Video Fun House, Spinning Coaster and Planet Rock & Roll. Rides on the Kids’ Midway include Merry Go Round, Scooter 1, Silver Streak, and Toon Town. These rides are pure energy, pure fun, and promise to leave you wanting more. Wild West fun, Wild West rides!

STAMPEDE SKYRIDE

Take a leisurely ride across the Stampede Midway from high above the crowd on the Stampede Skyride. From the northwest corner of the Park (east of Weadickville, north of the Big Four Building) to the south end of Stampede Park (just west of the Grandstand), this ride provides a bird’s eye view of the Midway.

The Skyscraper

Picture yourself in a chair, accelerating in a spinning circle at a breath stopping 97 km/h (60 mph) as you pull 4Gs. And, just so you can catch your breath, you’ll be stopped for a few seconds at a bird’s eye view 160-feet in the air. Take the chair if you dare.

The Sling Shot

Strap up for the ride of your life. This monster of a ride flings you over 225 feet in the air reaching the spectacular speed of 160 km/h (100 mph) in an incredible two seconds or less.
