The Calgary Stampede Indian Princess is another goodwill ambassador of the Calgary Stampede and Indian Village. This talented and personable young woman makes over 100 appearances throughout the year and is available to help make your event uniquely special.

As an official representative of Indian Village and the Calgary Exhibition & Stampede, the Indian Princess will attend events held during the 10-day Calgary Stampede in July as well as other special events throughout the year.

Stampede Indian Princess – Livia Joy Manywounds is from the Tsuu T’ina (Dene), Siksika (Blackfoot) and Nakoda (Stoney) First Nations. She is currently attending Mount Royal College and is hoping to enter the political science program at the University of Calgary in the fall. Her hobbies include beading, sewing, traditional dancing, hoop dancing and public speaking.
Pageant contestants were judged on their cultural and dance presentations as well as their public speaking skills. As an official representative of Indian Village and the Calgary Exhibition & Stampede, the Indian Princess will attend events held during the 10-day Calgary Stampede in July as well as other special events throughout the year.
