Tickets for the 2009 Calgary Stampede go on sale October 6, 2008.
There’s more to the Calgary Stampede than the rodeo and rides. Stroll around the park and take in some of the flavour of the West with displays, attractions and events that entertain and educate.
Weadickville
West of the Coca-Cola Stage & North of the Big Four Building, you’ll find
a re-creation of a Calgary street circa 1912. It’s a cool and comfortable
place to relax and find some of the best values on Stampede Park.
BLACKSMITH SHOP – MYSTIC FORGE
Mystic Forge is a traditional working blacksmith’s shop
selling ‘steely creativity’ in ironwork such as candle
holders and other household items.
MAPLE LEAF MEAT MARKET
Everyone’s favourite hot dogs at special
Weadickville prices, along with submarines
and other assorted sandwiches.
GENERAL STORE
The Husky General Store offers old-fashioned
value prices on Coca-Cola products.
ENTERTAINMENT
The Rodeo Riders and the adorable Keister Family
Fiddlers will entertain you with their toe-tapping
country tunes at various times each day of Stampede.

It will be another great year at the
Breyers Ice Cream Parlour. They’ll be scooping
