From a young age, Terri wore cowboy outfits, a trait she retained into later years. After graduating high school, she moved from Medicine Hat, Alberta to Nashville in 1987, where she got her start playing at Tootsie's Orchid Lounge. After record deals with Mercury and BNA, Clark has re-settled in Canada and is working on a new record for her own label. Clark last appeared on the Coke Stage in 2005.
